(The sunset was in Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park,FL)

Miami is a famous tourist city in Florida. When we arranged the trip in Florida, Miami must be one of visiting places on our trip schedule. Miami was our second stop on our trip. After we visited Key West, we went back to Miami. Miami is a big, sunshine, rich city as same as my imagine. The first picture I took was same as I saw the tourist guide before. There are many palms along the road and some yacht on the sea. Miami was full of relaxation atmosphere, and I really liked it. When we walked on the street in South Beach, we saw a guy show his pet,a yellow snake, to the pedestrains. Many people gathered there to see how was that pet; some fo them took a picture with this unusual pet. After that, we went to South Beach. Most people just lay on the sand with sun sunshine, and we hung out here in the afternoon. I really love palms, and it seems to me that I could feel the ocean around me. We also went to other place, which is Key Biscayne. Before we arrived there, we had to drive to cross the bridge because Key Biscayne is a island. There is a park, which is called "Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park."http://www.floridastateparks.org/capeflorida/default.cfm We rided the rental bicycles to visit whole park. There is a unknown name lake and are some samll yacht on the lake as the fifth picture. Everywhere could see the yacht, and that's why I said Miami is a rich city. We also saw the sunset in "Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park." I thought we must see sunset when we were in Florida:)

The spot in Key West

(It's southernmost point in Key West. Originally, it should have some words in the stone. I don't know why the word was gone. On the middle of black part, it should be written "90 miles to Cuba, Southernmost"; on the yellow part, it should be written "point"; on the red part, it should be written "continental U.S.A"; on the bottom black part, it should be written "Key West,FL")

(It's the beginning of loop 1 which is across the east of U.S.A)

(We saw three cruises by accident in Key West)

(It's in front of the Ernest Hemingway home.)

I would like introduce the famous spot in Key West. First of all, it is southernmost point. Actually, it is just a stone that put on the ground, but people who visit Key West must go there. At that point, it is just 90 miles to Cuba; it's really closed. Originally, it should have some words on the stone, but I don't know why the words was gone when we visited there. This spot is not beautiful for me. Additionally, another spot is the beginning of loop 1. Loop 1 is across the east of U.S.A, from Key West to New York. Thus, it's also the end of loop 1 in Key West. The third spot is a part of wharf in Key West. We could see sunset in the afternoon in this area. When we walked along the wharf, we saw the three huge cruises by accident. When I saw these cruises, I felt excited because of its hugeness. We saw many people who were from cruise bought a lot of food to bring back to the cruise. I thought that people must be happy because they were on the land not on the cruise. It's just kidding; in my case, I don't want to take a boat or cruise trip anymore because of seasickness. The last spot is the Ernest Hemingway home. Do you know Hemingway? He had lived in Key West with his second wife, and the Ernest Hemingway home is his former house. We didn't enter it because we had to pay $6 for each person. I searched from internet, there are two cats in Hemingway house which were born from old generation that Hemingway fed; the cats have 6 fingers. Do you believe that? :) This is my first stop on my Florida trip!

We were in Key West!

(Loop 1 was built on the ocean, and it divided Atalantic ocean and Gulf of Mexico)
(The resort in Key West and ocean)
Do you know where is Key West? It's the southerest island in U.S.A, and it was only 90 miles between U.S.A and Cuba. My boyfriend and I went traveling to Florida on winter break, and Key West was our first stop on this trip. We drove the car from Miami to Keywest, and it took us about 5 hours to arrive there. From Miami to Key West, the views were from busy city to ocean and the roads were from 6 roads to 2 roads. It means that when we were near Key West, the road was one way! Additionally, the road was built on the ocean, and the road divided two ocean; one is Atalantic ocean and the other one is Gulf of Mexico. We also saw some people drove their convertubles; it's really cool for me. When we arrived there, it was almost sunset, so we went to the place where is popular tourist site to see sunset. Enjoyed seeing sunset with ocean; it was awesome! There are some famous tourist site in Key West, and I will introduce it on next post. To be continued....

Stars in Palau

I still want to share about Palau for my second posting. I took this photograph at one of thousands of islands in Palau where nobody lived there. It was almost at sunset at that day, and we stayed at this small island for seeing stars! There was no lights on this island, so we had to make a fire to lighten this island after sunset. After making a fire, we started to enjoy our dinner with ocean and natural view, but food was not delicious. We watched a local show by native people after dinner, and claped our hands and singed a song with music. Because of this show, everyone was so happy and looking for stars appeared. One hour later, we saw some of stars appear in the sky. After that, more and more stars appeared! I'm so excited, and there were stars at most that I have ever seen. It was really awesome and amazing! There were no lights and no building to disturb stars appeared in Palau, but it was difficult to see stars in Taiwan because of light damage and high building. That's why I have never forgotten stars of Palau at that night!
